Report an error
Include the Koreafolio page address, the information that needs correction and, if available, a current official source. For an image problem, tell us where the image appears and what seems incorrect. Please do not send passport copies, payment card numbers or other sensitive documents.
Partnerships and media
For editorial, accommodation, activity or commercial enquiries, describe your organisation, your website and your proposal. An enquiry does not establish a partnership or guarantee publication. We assess relevance to international visitors and distinguish commercial links from editorial guidance.
Booking and urgent assistance
For a reservation, refund or cancellation, contact the company that accepted your booking and payment. Koreafolio cannot access or change provider reservations. This inbox is not an emergency service. In Korea, call 112 for police or 119 for fire and ambulance assistance.
